Lube-Master Fluid Controller

• Net ports: 5 ports for data communication, 2 without +24VDC.
• Meter inputs: 4pc 32 bit for one or two pulse signals. Switch or active signal max 50 V. Supports flow direction and phase error detection.
• Control outputs: 4 for solenoid 24 VDC max 1,25 A. Closes after about 30 s when short circuited, this is logged in the database.
• Other: RISC-based microprocessor EEPROM, 64 KB. Connector for 3-pos key switch. Connector for 24 VDC 5A power supply.

The Fluid Controller controls the amount of fluid ordered from any Key pad or PC in the entire system. One module controls up to 4 outlets. Over-ride bypass facility included. Every outlet port can be given unique functions as:
Pin code, Volume, Time out, Job number, Group access, PPU, Display information, Min/max volume

Lube-Master KeyPad

• Net ports: 2 pieces of ports for data-communication.
• Connector: 1 piece of connector to connect the KeyPad.
• LCD display: 2x16 signs with backlight.
• Keyboard: 20 buttons covered with polycarbonate plastic overlay.
• Other: RISC-based microprocessor EEPROM, 64KB.
• Power supply: 24 VDC through.
• Max current: 100 mA.
• Measures: 113 x 188 x 62mm

The remote key pads are designed to be located at strategic places to allow remote entry of PIN id, job no, of fluid etc. Minimum ONE Key pad required to operate a system, no limit for number of Key pads in the system. Any outlet can be opened from any Key pad.
Optional: Barcode or card reader can be connected.

Lube-Master Meter Module Oil/Antifreeze

• Accuracy: +/- 0,5%.
• Min.-Max flow: 1-20 litre/min.
• Max. pressure: 5 Mpa (50bar)
• Connection: In 1/2” (M) out 1/2” (F)

LUBE-Master high precision meter modules with pulse output 328 PPU, solenoid valve included. Can also be used for anti freeze.

LUBE-Master Tank Control Module

• Net ports: 5 ports for data communication, 2 without +24VDC.

The Tank module is used to control pumps, automatic start and stop. No pressure in the pipe work in the stand by mode. Real time measure of levels in tanks in addition with the Lube-Master level sensors.

LMD-Controller

• Controls ONE meter module.
• Up to16 pre-sets of volumes/kg.
• Power supply 220V AC 1-1,5A. 24V adapter included.
• Calibration 1-9999 PPU
• Number of decimals 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, auto.

The Lube-Master Dosing controller batches a wide ranges of fluids, grease, paint, jam etc. Ideal for automatic filling of bottles, kegs, drums, crankcases etc. The ultimate replacement for pre-set meters, automatic filling of engines, cooling fluids etc
